摘要
一般认为作物获得杂种优势的杂交双亲要有一定的遗传差异,从而提高杂种一代基因型的杂合性.本文对有关从数量性状、同工酶、分子标记3个水平上探索作物杂交亲本间遗传距离与杂种优势关系的研究进行了概述和展望.
The genetic differentiation between crossing parents was a main cause of
heterosis in crops.In this paper,the study progress of relationship between heterosis and
differentiation of crossing parents were discussed on three levels,quantitative
character,Isoenzyme and molecular markers.
