摘要
本研究从我国北方小豆地方品种资源1300余份中抽取92份材料组成随机样本.利用代表小豆数量性状综合指标的5个主成分值对各种质材料进行遗传距离测定,并加以系统聚类分析.结果表明:当截值水平取2.2时,本供试群体可分为10类,而第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ类群品种数较多,其它类群品种数均较少(1~4个材料);同时还可以看出,种质间的遗传距离与地理距离并不完全一致.不同地域内小豆地方品种群体的类群组成差异较大,黄河流域亚区、海河流域亚区、辽宁吉林亚区小豆遗传资源较丰富,黑尤江亚区和淮河下游亚区的小豆地方品种群体组成较单一.
The studied 92 varieties were a rendom sample from 1300 adzuki bean variety sources of North China. Llsing 5 data of main componewts that stands for comprehensive properties determinde their hereditary distance for every variety charaeteristics and adds up cluster analysis. The result is that: When broke off data at 2.2, this test sample population divided into 10 groups, but in the Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ groups there are more varieties than other groups (in the other groups there are 1-4 variety meterials); At the same time, it can be seen that between variety characteristics the hereditary distance and geogrophical distance is not completely same. At the different area the group form of adzuki bean has more difference. At the Yellow river sub-region, the Haiher river sub-region and the liao ningjilin sub-region the hereditary source of adzuki bean is more abundant, at the Heilong jiang river and the lower reaches of Huai he river sub-region the form of adzuki bean local veriety population is more simple.
