摘要
目的:了解张家口地区大肠杆菌的感染情况及其耐药程度。方法:无菌采集疑似为大肠杆菌病病人的尿液或血液进行分离培养,细菌学检验,鉴定出大肠杆菌9株,对4株大肠杆菌鉴定血清型并对3株进行药敏试验。结果:菌株的血清型复杂,共有O148、O1、O101、O142、O26、O136种,有的菌株多达3种;3个菌株均表现出对呋喃妥因、壮观霉素、氯霉素、多黏菌素B敏感,对羧苄青霉素、氟哌酸、先锋V、林可霉素、头孢孟多、环丙沙星等常见药物均耐药。结论:张家口地区可能存在多种血清型的高度耐药株。
Objective:To study the infection and drug resistance of E. coli from patients in Zhangjiakou. Methods:9 strains were obtained to determine serotype and susceptibility on the urine and blood by bacteriological analysis. Results: It indicated that O148 .O1 .O101 .O142 .O26 and O13 serotypes on E. coli existed ; the similar drug sensitivity was obtained to nitrofurantoin, spectacular adriamycin, chloramphenicol and polymyxin B, and drug resistance on earboxymethyl benzylpenicillin, fluoride faction acid, Pioneer V. lincomycin, cephalosporins,Bangladesh and ciprofloxacin appeared. Conclusion: The high drug-resistant strains with multi-serotypes could occure in Zhangjiakou.
