摘要
"高梁之变,足生大丁"的"足"字具有一定的特殊性,对其的注释始终未能统一。历代医家结合自己的学术背景,向不同的方面发挥,议论层出不穷。"足生大丁"的"丁"概念宽泛,内涵丰富,对其的认识不应囿于后起的疔疮。"丁"与"疔"是包涵和被包涵的关系,而不是简单的对应关系,因此对"丁"的认识在一定程度上影响了对"足"的理解。而同是出现在《素问》中的其他"足"字具有3类不同的存在形式:以经络名称出现,以单个字形式出现,以词组形式出现。"足生大丁"的"足"作为单个字出现,与其余单个"足"字具有相同的语法条件,也当释为"脚",王冰注不谬。
＂Zu＂ in sentence ＂Gao Liang Zhi Bian,Zu Sheng Da Ding＂ is a special word with numerous annotations.Successive physicians argue about the issue in different directions on the base of their own academic backgrounds.While ＂Ding＂,extensive in meaning,should not be simply comprehended as the subsequent ＂Ding＂ （furuncle）.＂Ding＂ is included in the scale of ＂Ding＂.They are not equal in connotation.Thus,to some extent,the understanding of ＂Ding＂ exerts influence on that of ＂Zu＂.＂Zu＂ in Su Wen mainly appears in three forms：（i） meridian name;（ii） single word;and （iii） phrase.＂Zu＂ in ＂Zu Sheng Da Ding＂ appears as a single word,sharing the same grammatical environment with other single ＂Zu＂,so it should be explained as ＂foot＂.Wang Bing＇s annotation is accurate.
