摘要
北京大学企业与教育研究中心与国内外多家企业及公司建立了合作关系,2009年底对国内企业的E-Learning项目开展了评优活动并对其进行实地调研。调研结果集中反映出目前和未来企业E-Learning发展过程中应该重视的十大主题。在对各项发展主题进行分析和论证的基础上认为,理念、学习和技术成为影响企业E-Learning未来发展的重要因素,将对企业人力资源的管理起到积极的变革作用。
The Business-Education Research Centre of Beijing University has friendly cooperative relations with many domestic and foreign enterprises and companies. In 2009, it chose ten top E-Learning projects from domestic enterprises and carried out on-the-spot investigation. The investigation revealed ten major topics that should be emphasized in the development of E-Learning for enterprises at present and in the future. The analysis of these development themes showed that concept learning and technology are important factors that influence the future development of E-Learning for enterprises, as well as the reform of human resource management.
