摘要
从材料检验、焊接工艺评定、主要部件下料成型、管板加工、产品施焊、焊后热处理以及设备检验等方面介绍了20万t/a甲醇合成塔的制造工艺和焊接工艺。制造的甲醇合成塔主体焊缝射线检测合格率100%,焊接试板随炉热处理后检验力学性能符合标准要求,合成塔制造质量良好。
The manufacture procedure and welding procedure were introduced for 200 000 t/a methanol synthesizes tower, covering material inspection, evaluation of welding procedures, material marking and shaping, tube sheet fabrication, welding of product, post-welding treatment, and product examination. Welding seam was 100% qualified after X-ray test and mechanics of welding specimen plate after heat treatment met requirement, and the manufacture quality of the tower was excellent.
