摘要
对σs为370MPa级(σb≥530MPa)的15MnNbR钢进行了力学性能、抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能及其焊接性能试验。结果表明:该钢具有优良的综合性能,其强度和韧度优于16MnR钢,而焊接性能及抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能与16MnR相近,是用于大型液化石油气球罐的理想钢种。
The mechanical properties, bending properties and weldability of the 15MnNbR steel which yield strength is more than or equal to 370MPa are presented. The results show that the 15MnNbR steel has fine syntheses performance. The real level of the 15MnNbR steel on the 2 000m3 LPG spherical tank show that the 15MnNbR steel may be used to manufacture large-scale LPG spherical tank.
