摘要
2009年笔者在韩国发现的1891年清政府与朝鲜签订的元山电线合同,是迄今发现的有关该合同的唯一原件,不仅可以纠正1920年代以来日、中、韩三国学界文献中从题目到内容的严重错误,还可以进一步了解到19世纪末清政府通过控制朝鲜四条主要电报线路来推行对朝鲜积极干涉政策的实际情形。本文不仅对该合同的收藏情形与内容进行了介绍与分析,并通过附录公布了经过标点与简要注释的该合同全文。
In 2009, I founded Yuan -shan telegraphline contract between China and Korea in 1891 in Korea. The contract is the only original text in academic circles at home and abroad. And it not only can correct the errors in existence on the academic literature in Japan, China and Korea, but also can further understand the Qing government＇ s policy on Korea through the control of Korea＇ s four major telegraphlines in the late 19th century. So the author introduce and analyze the contract situation in Korea and the content firstly, and then publish the full text of the contents of the contract in appendix.
