摘要
针对目前使用量很大的微小塑料齿轮人工检测工作量大、效率低、漏检率高的现状,开发了基于LabVIEW平台和图像处理软件包Vision Builder AI的双联塑料齿轮缺陷自动检测系统。通过对一组塑料齿轮样本的检测试验得出:合理地设置检测系统的合格品匹配系数可以达到与人工检测几乎一致的检测结果,而且可以通过对匹配系数的调整,运用较少人工工作量的人工复检就可实现对系统一次分拣后留在剔除部分的可疑正品齿轮的二次分拣,相当于实现了100%的人工检测,兼顾了检验的效率和可靠性。
Nowadays micro plastic gears are widely applied while their defect detection is still using in manual method. The method has heave workload, low efficiency and high undetected error ratio. To solve these problems, an automatic detection system for plastic duplicate gear is developed based on LabVIEW and the image processing software Vision builder AI. A series of experiments are implemented and the results show that the effectiveness using the proposed system with an appropriate matching coefficient is almost as high as that by manual method. Further, the doubtful normal products obtained from the detection system can be sorted second- arily with small manual workload. Hence, this method realizes full manual detection and integrates efficiency and reliability.
