摘要
分析环锭细纱机附加集合区的效果。借鉴粗纱机D型牵伸工艺,在环锭细纱机上附加了集合区,对23.8tex和34.8tex两种纱线进行了实际纺纱对比试验,并对环锭细纱机毛羽形成的机理进行了分析。结果表明:细纱机附加集合区能起到减少纱线毛羽的作用,选择适当出口口径的集合器,可降低3mm以上有害毛羽30%~50%。
Effect of additional collecting zone in ring spinning frame was analysed. D-type draft processing was used for reference, additional colleeting zone was installed in ring spinning frame, practical spinning test of 23.8tex and 34.8tex were carried out and the principle of forming yarn hairiness were analysed. The result shows that yarn hairiness could be reduced by additional collecting zone in ring spinning frame. Hairiness whose length is beyond 3 mm could be reduced 30% to 50% when choosing appropriate collector width.
