摘要
PPP项目风险因素比较复杂,本文对加强我国PPP项目风险管理提出的建议包括:指导思想和法规制度建设,几个关系的正确处理,具体的措施、以及政府应尽快地建立健全有关PPP项目的相关法规以及加速培养PPP方面的专业人才,确保政府和投资者的合法权益。
PPP project risks are complex. Some advices given to the management of PPP project risks in our country include： guideline and legal construction, correctly handling a few relations, specific measures. At the same time, the government should draw up and perfect the regulation involved in PPP, as well as train professional personnel as quickly as possible to ensure the rights of government and investors.
