摘要
施工设计优化管理是项目成本控制的重要环节之一,也是实现整个工程项目的成本、进度、质量、安全等综合目标的重要途径。本文以天津地铁某综合楼项目为例,阐述了设计优化管理在±0.000以下施工过程中通过将原设计的SMW工法桩支护改为钢板桩支护,保证了施工质量,并对设计优化前后的造价和工期进行对比分析,得出了费用节约、工期提前的结果,为项目在雨季之前完成基坑土方回填奠定了基础,从而保障了施工的安全性和经济效益。
The design optimization management in project construction stage is one of the critical links of cost control,and it is also an important way to realize the project comprehensive goals including cost,schedule,quality,and safety. A certain building project of Tianjin Subway is taken as an example in this paper,expounding that the design optimization management in underground works construction by using the steel sheet pile support instead of the SMW pile support in original design, ensure the construction quality,and the cost and time are analyzed before and after design optimization,the resultsof cost saving and schedule ahead are given,laying the foundation for the completion of the backfill excavation before the rainy season,and ensuring the construction safety and economic benefit.
