摘要
大型火力发电机组脱硫系统的烟气换热器(gas-gas heater,GGH)容易积垢堵塞,严重影响锅炉的安全运行,必须对其进行清洗除垢。通过对GGH积垢成分的分析,采用鳌合剂、膨化剂、有机酸复配,制备出溶垢快速、对GGH元件及其配件无腐蚀的中性清洗剂CHT-2012,并介绍了清洗火电厂脱硫系统GGH中性清洗剂CHT-2012的清洗原理、清垢方法,清洗后GGH运行差压分别为原烟气459 Pa,净烟气364 Pa,同比下降65%和70%,应用效果良好。
The gas-gas heater（GGH）in the desulphurization system of large thermal power plant is susceptible to scale and blockage,which gravely impacts safe operation of boiler.By analyzing the scale composition of GGH,the cleaning agent CHT-2012 that can dissolve scale fast and not corrode elements and parts of the GGH was prepared from chelating agent,expanding agent,organic acid and corrosion inhibitor.The cleaning principle and descaling means of CHT-2012 neutral cleaning agent specially used for the GGH in the desulphurization system of thermal power plant were introduced.Differential pressures of original flue gas and purified flue gas after cleaning GGH were 459 and 364 Pa respectively,decreased by 65% and 70%.
