摘要
以三乙烯四胺为主要原料合成了有机氨羧络合剂,进行了有机氨羧络合剂、有机膦酸盐、多元共聚物的溶垢实验,确定了以有机氨羧络合剂和有机膦阻垢剂的混合物SMA-1为主剂、碱和乙醇胺为助剂的溶垢剂配方。实验结果表明,加入无机碱和乙醇胺可以提高溶垢剂的溶垢效果。在温度80℃下复配溶垢剂对生产井垢样溶垢48 h后,溶垢率最高可达70%。研制的溶垢剂可用于清除中原油田采出井因硫酸盐结垢造成的地层堵塞以及污水管线的积垢。
An aminocarboxylic acid chelant was synthesized from triethyl - tetramine. The formula of scale - dissolving agent was SMA - 1 as main agent and alkali and ethanolamine as adjuvant. The SMA - 1 was a mixture of an aminocarboxylic acid chelant and an organic phosphorate complex. The experimental results showed that alkali and ethanolamine could help to improve the effects of scale - dissolving. The scale - dissolving rate could be up to 70 % when the prepared scale - dissolving agent was used to remove the scale sample under 80℃ for 48 h.
