摘要
法律社会化是法社会学的一个基本命题,亦是国家法律运行的最高要求。长期以来,我国通过五次"普法"运动力图推进法律社会化的进程,然基于其仅限法律条文层面的社会化,而致该法律社会化路径的选择具有先天的不足。因此,确立民众现代的法治理念,并加大对其法律信仰的启蒙与教育,才是中国语境下法律社会化实现的理性路径。
the legal socialization is the basic proposition of legal sociology as well as the highest requirement of operation of nation laws. For a long time our country has tried to push forward the legal socialization through five law - popularizing campaigns. However, owing to their limit to the socialization of clauses of law, the selection of approach of realization of legal socialization has inherent defects. Therefore, it is necessary to set up people - based modern law - governing ideas and strengthen the enlightenment and education of legal belief, which is the ideal approach of realization of legal socialization in the Chinese context.
