摘要
某内场测试设备用于发射装置的内场测试,在测试过程中部分信号需要进行加载测试,这样会产生较大电流,进而造成电缆上的电压损耗,这一问题直接影响了这些信号测试的准确性,为了提高测试设备的测试精度,必须对损耗的电压进行补偿。提出了一种基于调整电源输出电压,进而保证发射装置供电需求的方法来实现电压补偿,给出了具体的实验方法、实验步骤和正常测试以及拉偏测试条件下的实验数据,并对实验结果进行分析讨论,同时指出该方法的不足之处以及解决措施。目前,该方法已经成功地在某内场测试设备中得到应用,有效地提高了设备的测试精度,并且在正常测试和拉偏实验中得到了很好地验证。
The depot test equipment is used in the depot-level test for launching devices.Loading test of some signals will produce strong electric current that may result in voltage loss of electric cable,which will have direct effect on accuracy of the test to these signals.The lost voltage must be compensated in order to improve the accuracy.A method was proposed based on adjustment of the output voltage to guarantee the power supply of the launching device,and thus to realize voltage compensation.The experimental method,test steps,normal test and down-deflection test data were given,the experimental result was analyzed,and the shortages of the method were pointed out with solutions.The method was used in the depot test equipment successfully and the test accuracy of equipments was improved greatly.The method was also verified through normal test and down-deflection test.
