摘要
综合国内外大量文献,简单介绍dl-吴茱萸碱的理化性质、用途和化学合成工艺路线,并提出了一条以色胺和N-甲基邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料的适合工业生产的简便适用经济的化学合成方法。该工艺具有原料易得、反应条件不太苛刻、收率高等特点,产品质量已得到国内外用户认可。
A brief description of the physico chemical properties, uses and synthesis process of dl-evodiamine and a simple economical synthesis method using tryptamine and N-methylanthranilic acid as starting raw materials .were presented. In this method the raw materials are easily available and the reaction conditions are mild, yet high yield can be obtained. At this time ,the product quality has been approved by customers both at home and abroad.
