摘要
为了评价膨体聚四氟乙烯外科隔膜作为心包替代物在临床上的应用情况，从５９７例在小儿心脏外科的应用实例中选出２５６例与作为对照的７４４例进行对比分析。结果显示外科隔膜可预防术后心脏和近心大血管与胸骨后的粘连，从而减少再手术时的危险。使用了外科隔膜在术后出血、心包填塞、感染等并发症方面与对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。
In order to evaluate the clinical application of expanded polytetrafluorethylene surgical membrane (SM) as a pericadial substitute in 597 cases of open-heart operation for infants and children.256 cases in using SM group were compared and constrasted with 744 cases in not using SM group.The results revealed that SM was effective to prevent adhesion betweem sternum, and heart as well as great blood vessel.By that the danger of reoperation was reduced,It has been shown there was no significant difference between using SM group and not using SM group in the incidence of complications such as bleed,tamponade and infections after operations ( P >0 05).Therefore,we consider that SM used as pericardial substitutes was effective and of lower complication rate.
