摘要
湖南省文献资源共建共享协作网是于2004年由湖南图书馆、湖南大学图书馆及湖南省科技信息中心牵头组建的跨系统区域性图书馆联盟。协作网精神文化体系由基于利欲之上的共享文化,基于仁义、诚信与和谐之上的德治文化,基于法治观念的制度文化,基于宽容自醒、求实创新的发展文化四部分构成。协作网精神文化体系建设不仅要注重对本土文化的吸收,还要重视对外来文化的借鉴与融合,加强各成员馆间的相互协作,将创新意识深入到协作网的管理与服务之中。
Hunan Documents Information Resource Cooperation Net（HDIRCN） is a cross-system regional library consortium, which is formatted by Hunan Library,The library of Hunan University and Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Information Center in 2004. The spirit and cultural system of HDIRCN consists of four parts： the sharing culture based on interest and gain; the moral culture based on virtue, sincerity and harmony; the institutional culture based on law; the developmental culture based on tolerance, self-reflection, practice and innovation. The construction of the spirit and cultural system of HDIRCN should not only focus on the absorption of indigenous culture, but also pay attention to the reference and fusion with alien culture, strengthen the mutual cooperation among members, and integrate the innovation and collaboration consciousness into the management and service of HDIRCN.
