摘要
对传统儒家和法家的人性论进行对比阐述,提出了将儒法融合的人性管理思想引入图书馆内部管理之中的主张。
This paper expounds the humanity of traditional Confucianism and Legalism, and advances the viewpoint of introducing the humanist management viewpoint of fusing Confucianism and Legalism into the internal management of library.
