摘要
通过往辣椒地与辣椒中添加拌种灵农药,对其回收率和基质效应进行比较分析。结果显示,当拌种灵的添加浓度为0.225、0.45、0.9mg/kg时,拌种灵在辣椒地、辣椒中的添加回收率分别为80.1%～94.6%、90.8%～120.0%,标准偏差分别为0.60～3.84、3.3～5.89,变异系数分别为0.74～4.4、2.94～5.72。
Recovery and variation coefficient has been analyzed by adding Amicarthiazol Seedvax to capsicum field and capsicum. The added recoveries from capsicum field and capsicum fortified with Amicarthiazol Seedvax of 0.225, 0.45 and 0.9 mg/kg ranged from 80.1% to 94.6% and 90.8% to 120.0%, the relative standard deviations of the method being 0.60-3.84 and 3.3 to 5.89 respectively. Variation coefficient varies from 0.74 - 4.4 and 2.94-5.72.
