摘要
应用高效液相色谱法研究了三唑磷农药在不同温度、不同酸碱条件下的降解动力学情况。结果表明,三唑磷农药较易水解,其水解速率受pH和温度的影响较大。在碱性条件下的水解速率明显大于中性及酸性条件,而高温(70℃)条件下的水解速率远大于室温(25℃)。
The degradation kinetics of the pesticide triazophos under different temperature and pH conditions were studied using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The pesticide triazophos readily hydrolyzed and hydrolysis rate was strongly affected by pH and temperature. Hydrolysis under basic conditions was significantly greater than under neutral or acid conditions, and hydrolysis rate at high temperature (70℃) greatly exceeded that under low temperature (25℃).
