摘要
采用浓硫酸、高锰酸钾、赤霉酸920(GA3)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)、热水以及破壳等措施对石栗种子进行处理。结果表明,GA3、6-BA和破壳处理对石栗种子发芽具有促进作用,而用80%浓硫酸浸泡20min、0.5%高锰酸钾或90℃热水浸泡24h的石栗种子几乎不能发芽。进一步研究了GA3的最佳处理浓度和处理时间,采用二元二次回归正交组合设计建立了回归方程,得出最佳处理浓度为612mg/L、处理时间为56h,理论上最高发芽率为78.34%。
Seeds of A leurites moluccana were treated separately with oil of vitriol, potassium permanganate, GA3, 6-BA, hot water and shell-cracking treatment. The result showed that GA3, 6-BA and shell-cracking treatment had promoting effects on seed germination. While these seeds didn't germinate which treated with 80% oil of vitriol for 20 minutes, 0.5% potassium permanganate or 90~C hot water for 24 hours. The best treatment concentration and processing time of GA3 had been further researched. The regression equation was established through the orthogonal quadratic regression design method. The results showed that the theoretical maximal germination percentage is 78.34% with 612 mg/L GA3 disposed 56 hours.
