摘要
对广东省46种林木种子进行播种前预处理研究,结果表明:无休眠特性的种子用45℃温水浸种或随采随播,湿沙储藏,其发芽率均较高;具休眠特性的林木种子,可采用60～100℃热水浸种、化学药剂处理、机械擦伤或层积催芽,可破除种子的休眠,促进种子发芽.
The pretreatment before sowing of 46 species forest seeds in Guangdong province was studied. The result showed that the the germination rates were quite high for seeds which do not have dormant character by using 45℃ water dipping or planting in time after picking up, or storing in wet sand. For the seeds which have dormant character, using 60℃ - 100℃ hot water dipping, or treating with chemicals, or rubbing mechanically, or speeding up germination by laminating could break the seeds from dormancy and promote germination.
