聚乙烯-分子筛复合膜用于樱桃的保鲜包装研究 被引量:12

Fresh-keeping of cherry with polyethylene-zeolite composite membranes

摘要 以低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、Hβ分子筛及硬脂酸为原料,吹制获得新型聚乙烯复合膜。以新采鲜樱桃为保鲜对象,探讨了复合膜的保鲜效果及分子筛含量的影响。实验考察了樱桃贮藏后的外观变化、呼吸强度、失重率、折光率和硬度等指标。结果表明,室温下M3膜对新摘樱桃的保鲜效果最好,其保鲜时间达10d以上。 New type polyethylene composite membranes have been blown with low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene as the substrate,along with zeolite H-β,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and sometimes stearic acid.Then these membranes were used to pack the freshly-harvested cherry to investigate the fresh-keeping effect and the influence of the zeolite content.We have experimentally obtained the appearance change,respiration rate,weight loss percentage,refractive index and hardness of stored cherry.Experimental results show that at ambient conditions,the M3 film has the best fresh-keeping effect for cherry and the fresh-keeping time can reach 10 more days.
