摘要
目的观察前列地尔配合早期高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取发病1周内的突发性耳聋96例,随机分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(47例)。治疗组采用前列地尔注射液10μg加0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,每天1次,同时配合高压氧治疗;对照组采用葛根素注射液500 mg静脉滴注,每天1次,2周为1个疗程。治疗后比较两组纯音测听、耳鸣、眩晕的改善情况。结果两组治疗后纯音测听均有明显提高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组耳聋、耳鸣和眩晕治疗的有效率分别为89.8%、89.3%、93.8%,对照组分别为76.6%、76.9%、78.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔配合早期高压氧治疗突发性耳聋、耳鸣效果理想。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of lipo-prostaglandin E1 with early hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods 96 patients with sudden deafness were divided into treatment group（n=49） and control group（n=47） randomly.Patients in treatment group were given Alprostadil Injection（10 μg） plus sodium chloride injection（0.9%） combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,while patients in control group were given puerarin injection（500 mg iv gtt）,2 weeks as a course only.After treatment,pure tone audiometry test and effects of tinnitus and dizziness improvement were evaluated in the two groups.Results After treatment,hearing impairment in the two groups improved significantly compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.The effective rates of hearing loss improvement,tinnitus improvement and dizziness improvement in treatment group were 89.8%,89.3% and 93.8%,respectively,significantly higher than that of control group（76.6%,76.9%,78.6%,P0.05）.Conclusion Lipo-prostaglandin E1 combined with early hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be an ideal choice for patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.
