从实体瘤疗效评价标准发展看肿瘤影像学的任务与挑战 被引量:9

摘要 实体瘤的疗效评价一直是影像学肩负的重要临床任务和研究的重要课题。及时、准确的疗效判断是进行临床治疗决策的重要依据,对于肿瘤个体化治疗具有不可替代的指导意义。治疗手段的丰富与发展、影像设备的更新与进步都推动了评价标准的演变与进化。恰当适度的影像检查手段、合理客观的评价标准成为近年来国内外众多学者孜孜以求、不断探寻的目标。
