摘要
[目的]研究淡紫拟青霉多糖的提取工艺,为进一步开发提供参考依据。[方法]首先通过液体发酵获得淡紫拟青霉菌丝,然后以水为提取剂,在不同的提取条件下提取多糖,并测定其含量。[结果]淡紫拟青霉多糖的最佳提取工艺为:浸提温度70℃、浸提料液比1:30、浸提3次,2h/次。[结论]该提取工艺操作简便、浸提时间短、提取效率高。
[Obejective] To study extraction process of polysaccharide from Paecilomyces lilacinus so as to provide a reference basis for further development.[Method] After mycelia were obtained through liquid fermentation,the polysaccharides were extracted from Paecilomyces lilacinus mycelia by the water under the different conditions,and the polysaccharide contents were then determined.[Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions for extractions were as follows:temperature 70 ℃,water-material ratio 30:1,extraction 3 times for 2 h every time.[Conclusion] The extraction process of the polysaccharide from Paecilomyces lilacinus is rapid,simple and highly efficiency.
