摘要
为探讨除草剂丁草胺(Butachlor)对金鱼血清同工酶表达的影响,依据丁草胺的24小时半数致死剂量设置了0.5mL/L、1.0mL/L、1.5mL/L、2.0mL/L四个稀释浓度组,并以0.1ml/g剂量腹腔注射金鱼,采用聚丙烯酰胺方法研究了百草枯对金鱼血清过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)表达的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比丁草胺对金鱼血清过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)的活性均有显著影响,不同浓度对POD和EST的影响不同,在低浓度时两种酶活性都增强,表现为应急性,高浓度时活性降低或消失,酶活性与染毒浓度存在剂量-效应关系,说明丁草胺对金鱼POD、EST同功酶有一定毒性.
To explore the effect of herbicide Butachlor on the isoenzyme expression of goldfish serum,we prepared 0.5 mL/L,1.0 mL/L,1.5 mL/L and 2.0 mL/L concentrations of butachr according its 24 h LC50,injected goldfishs with 0.1ml/g dose.The method SDS-polyarylamidegel electrophoresis test were used to test the toxicity on expression of peroxidase(POD) and esterase(EST).The results indicated that the four concentration groups showed significant variety compared with the control group and activity of POD and EST increased at low concentration,reduced or disappear at high concentration.The concentration and activity has dose-effect relationship.Butachlor had toxicity on POD and EST in goldfish serum.
