摘要
用尿素和磷酸二氢钠与玉米淀粉发生酯化反应,制得磷酸-氨基甲酸酯化双变性淀粉,并对其进行了红外表征;测定了这种双变性淀粉的糊化温度、冻融稳定性、透光率、黏度和黏度热稳定性。试验结果表明,制得的磷酸-氨基甲酸酯化双变性淀粉在室温下即可糊化,而且其冻融稳定性好,透光率高,水溶性好,黏度热稳定性好,有可能在常温下用作纺织浆料和印染糊料,可节约能耗。
The structure of phosphate - carbamate starch synthesized with urea, NaH2PO4 and corn starch was detected by FTIR spectrum with the properties including pasted temperature, freeze - melt stability, transparence, viscosity and viscosity thermal stability. systematically studied. The result shows that the product has been pasted at room temperature, indicating better freeze - melt stability, transparence, water - soluble and viscosity thermal stability. It can be used as rexilie starch and dyeing and pn'nting paste at room temperature, so can save energy.
