摘要
磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯是一种新型的两性淀粉,与低取代度的磷酸淀粉酯相比它表现出更优越的物理化学性能,从而将会大大拓宽变性淀粉的工业应用领域。评述了磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯的合成及反应机理、分析方法、物化性能等。由淀粉、尿素与磷酸(或磷酸盐)通过真空干热反应可以来制备该产品;指出通过调节淀粉、尿素与磷酸(或磷酸盐)三者的比例可以合成出不同取代度的磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯。展望了该产品的研究方向及其潜在的应用领域。该产品优越的物理化学性能决定了其在某些方面的应用可以取代聚丙烯酸等石油化工产品。
Starch phosphate carbamate is a new amphoteric starch, which shows more remarkable physicochemical behavior than starch phosphate with low degree of substitution and will be greatly extended the use of modified starch in industrial applications. This paper reviews the synthesis and mechanism, analysis, the physicochemical properties of starch phosphate carbamate. It can be synthesized by reacting starch with phosphoric acid or phosphate, and urea. A solid state technique in vacuum is used. The degree of substitution of phosphate and carbamide groups can be adjusted by the molar ratio of starch, phosphoric acid and urea, the reaction temperature, and time. The study direction and potential application scopes are also forecasted. The starch phosphate carbamate can be employed in some aspect instead of polyacrylate products owing to its good physicochemical behavior.
