摘要
主要研究比较滇南亚种原鸡与家鸡品种的蛋品质和分析体尺及体型指数差异,为开发利用原鸡与家鸡品种改良奠定基础。结果显示,原鸡新鲜蛋黄比例显著高于绿耳乌骨鸡、茶花鸡及傣族鸡等地方品种(P<0.05),极显著高于海兰褐(P<0.01);蛋白比例显著低于地方品种(P<0.05),极显著低于海兰褐(P<0.01);蛋重也极显著低于家鸡品种(P<0.01)。随蛋存放时间延长,蛋比重、蛋白比例呈下降趋势,蛋黄比例呈增加趋势、原鸡表现尤为明显。家鸡品种体尺、体型指数与原鸡差异明显,其中原鸡体斜长与胸宽显著低于傣族鸡、绿耳乌骨鸡(P<0.05),与茶花鸡差异不显著(P>0.05);胸深、胸围、髋宽及胫长显著低于茶花鸡、傣族鸡及绿耳乌骨鸡等家鸡品种(P<0.05);胸骨长显著仅低于绿耳乌骨鸡、茶花鸡(P<0.05),与傣族鸡差异不显著(P>0.05)。体型指数较家鸡而言,第一胸指数、第二胸指数和髋胸指数略高,其它指数均低于家鸡。
We studies on egg quliaty inddx and body size index of Red Jungle Fow（Gallus gallus spadiceus）and Gallus Domesticus. The resuhs showed that the Gallus gallus spadiceus fresh egg yolk index were significantly more than the local chicken in china （P〈0.05）, and was highly statistically significant compared with the Hy-line Variety Brown （P〈0.01）; the Gallus gallus spadiceus egg white index was significantly lower than the local chicken of Dai-zu chicken,Cha-hua chicken,and so on.（P〈0.05）,and was highly statistically significant lower than the Hy-line Variety Brown （P〈0.01）;the Gallus gallus spadiceus egg weight was highly statistically significant lower than Gallus domesticus （P〈0.01）. Eggs white index and specific gravity showed decreased when preserved with different time,but yolk index showed increased especially for Gallus gallus spadiceus.Thcrc were significant different for the body size and body index of Gallus gallus spadieeus and Gallus Domesticus. Compared with the Dai-zu chicken and green ear silkies,there were statistically significant for the body length and chest width （P〈0.05）, no significant different with Cha-hua chicken. Chest depth,chest measurement,thurl width and phalanx length of the Gallus gallus spadiceus was significant lower that of the local chicken;and chest bone length was significant lower than that of Cha-hua chicken and green ear silkies （P〈 0.05）,no significant with that of Dai-zu chicken （P〉0.05）.The first ＇thoracic index and the second thoracic index of the Gallus gallus spadiceus were higher than that of Gallus domesticus.,and other indexes were lower than that of it.
