摘要
针对重点学科建设在综合性医院发展中所起的重要作用,分析了学科馆员制度在综合性医院图书馆实施的现状,指出了学科馆员为重点学科建设提供信息服务的重要性,探讨了学科馆员在重点学科建设中的角色定位。
The status quo of implementation of subject librarians in general hospital libraries was analyzed concerning the important role of key subject construction in general hospitals. The importance of subject librarians in providing information service for key subject construction was pointed out and the role of subject librarians in key subject construction was discussed.
