摘要
医院图书馆学科馆员,即医学学科馆员制度的建立,是医院图书馆服务于信息时代的知识管理与医院学术科研建设的创新服务模式。当前医院图书馆在发展过程中普遍遭遇诸多问题,深入分析探讨学科馆员对于医院科研工作的促进与保障作用,拓展信息时代医院图书馆的创新服务,对于医院图书馆的良性发展和医院科研工作的提升都无疑具有重要作用。
Hospitals Subject Librarian,namely the establishment of Subject Librarian System of Medicine,is the hospital library services in the information age and knowledge management research and academic hospital building innovative service models.The current hospital library many problems commonly encountered in the development process,in-depth analysis to explore the role of subject librarians to promote and protect the research work for the hospital to expand innovative services Information Age hospital library,for the sound development of hospitals and hospital research library the upgrade wil undoubtedly play an important role.
