摘要
以湖南农产品加工业发展战略研究为例,阐述SWOT分析方法在农业产业发展战略研究中的应用,提出SWOT模型中SWOT分析要素的确定是SWOT分析的首要条件和关键内容,优势和劣势分析是SWOT分析的核心部分。通过应用SWOT分析方法,总结SWOT模型的优点、局限性和应用规则。
The application of SWOT analysis in the agricultural industry development strategy research is elaborated taking ＂Hunan agricultural products processing industry development strategy research＂ as an example. Elements identification is the primary conditions and key contents for SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses analysis is a core part of the SWOT analysis. Through the application of SWOT analysis, the advantages, limitations and application rules in SWOT model are summarized.
