摘要
从海南特色优势出发,论述发展海南特色农业的必要性和可能性。海南可以依托体制优势,实施大企业带动大农业;依托生态资源优势,发展生态农业;依托农业科技资源优势,发展热带高效农业;依托旅游资源优势,发展观光农业;依托海洋资源优势,发展养捕业;依托岛屿经济资源优势,合理布局产业结构,优化农产品产业链;依托琼台农业合作资源优势,促进海南农业的换代升级;依托畜牧自然资源优势,大力发展畜牧业;还应大力发展设施农业,不断提升海南农产品的质量。
In an effort to promote the development of characteristic agriculture and achieve the aim for the high yield, quality and efficiency of the tropical agriculture in Hainan, an investigation of agricultural resources was conducted throughout Hainan Province, which provides scientific basis for the development of characteristic agriculture in Hainan.
