摘要
                
                    城市旅游绅士化是绅士化发展模式的一种特殊类型,强调了旅游发展在城市绅士化形成中的独特作用。南京"总统府"周边区域的实证研究表明,城市旅游绅士化现象呈现了较为明显的居住与商业转变过程,日益具有国际化特征,不仅展现了当代中国城市化过程中全球化和地方化的相互作用,也反映了文化战略的全球趋势与地方城市发展的融合。在全球与地方互动环境下,"企业化"的地方政府和寻求利润的房地产开发商在推动旅游绅士化发展中具有主导角色,而特定的地方城市社会文化特质和居民的需求偏好则重塑其发展背景。
                
                Urban tourism gentrification of the neighborhood around the Presidential Palace in Nanjing revealed a remarkable transformation process of resident and commerce, and has increasingly the international characteristic. It indicated the interaction between globalization and location in the process of the contemporary Chinese urbanization, and the connection of cultural Strategies and urban development. Under the circumstances of global-local interaction, entrepreneurial government and real estate developers played the leading role in the development of urban tourism gentrification, and special social and cultural factors as well as residential preferences reshaped the context and development background of tourism gentrification.
