摘要
目的了解自我效能感对实习护生操作技能的影响。方法将80名实习护生分为试验组和对照组,每组各40名。对照组给予常规临床带教,试验组除接受常规临床带教外,由带教老师根据自我效能理论采用提高自我效能感的方法进行操作技能的带教。比较两组实习护生干预前后的自我效能感及操作技能考核得分。结果干预后试验组实习护生自我效能感得分及操作技能得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自我效能感可提高实习护生操作技能,改善临床护理教学质量。
Objective To understand the impacts of the self - efficacy on operating skills of nursing students. Methods Eighty cases of nursing students were divided into the experimental group and the control group ,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical teaching. The experimental group received a new teaching model based on the self - efficacy theory to improve their self - efficacy in addition to the routine clinical teaching. The self - efficacy and the scores of operational skills examinations were collected and compared. Results The self - efficacy and operating skills scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is helpful to improve operational skills of nursing students and enhance the quality of clinical teaching.
