摘要
微胶囊技术自1957年提出,发展至今已有四十多年历史。微胶囊技术具有独特的优越性,使许多传统方法难以克服的问题得到了解决。该文简要介绍微胶囊技术及在农产品加工中常用的微胶囊化方法等,并介绍微胶囊在饮料工业、乳制品中、糖果中、食品添加剂和饲料工业等农产品加工领域中的应用。最后对微胶囊技术在农产品工业中的应用进行展望。
The paper briefly describes microencapsulation technology and its commonly used method of microencapsulation in the agro - processing. And introduce the application of micro - capsule agriculture products processing, such as in the beverage industry, dairy products, candy, food additives and feed industries processing. Finally, the prospect been carried out for the application of microencapsulated technology in agriculture products processing.
