摘要
开发安全、环保、高效、能替代CS2的新型萃取剂是不溶性硫磺生产亟待解决的关键技术之一。综述了国内外不溶性硫磺萃取剂替代CS2研究进展。萃取剂的研究主要集中在芳烃类、氯代烃类及包括这两类溶剂的混合溶剂。目前在新型萃取剂研究方面仍未有大的突破。深入研究化学基团(分子结构)对溶剂萃取效果的影响,将溶解度参数理论与分子力学方法相结合,是开发替代CS2新型萃取剂的主要途径。
The development of new extractants that are safe, environment - friendly, high efficient and can substitute for CS2 is one of the key technologies for producing insoluble sulfur to be urgently solved. The research progress in the substitute for CS2 was summarized in detail, which mainly focused on aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbon and the mixed solvents with them. The important breakthrough in the field has not been made yet. It would be the main approaches for development of the substitute for CS2 to study deeply the effects of chemical group or molecular structure of solvent on its extracting efficiency and to combine the theory of solubility parameter with molecular mechanics.
