iNKT细胞在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:4

Progress on iNKT cell in the pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要 iNKT细胞是T细胞的一个亚群,表达T细胞表面受体(TCR)和NK细胞表面标志物NK1.1(人类为CD161),能够被非经典MHC-I类分子CD1d提呈的糖脂抗原所激活,不仅具有T细胞的免疫调节作用,也具有NK细胞的自然杀伤作用。近年来的研究发现iNKT细胞在多种自身免疫性疾病,包括系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus,SLE)的发生中扮演重要角色,但具体机制还不明确。 Invariant natural killer T cells (iNKT) is a unique T cell lineage, which bearing an invariant T cell veceptcor (TCR) and NK1.1 (human CD161 ) , and can recognize a small variety of glycolipid antigens when CD1d (non-classical MHC-I) presents, iNKT ceils play a regulatory role during immnne responses by producing eytokines, and have the ability to destroy other cells as NK cells. Despite the ambiguous mechanism, recent researches show that iNKT plays an vital role in many autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
