Pharmacology and clinical evaluation of pregabalin

摘要 普瑞巴林为一新型神经递质γ-氨基丁酸结构类似物,口服易吸收,与其他抗癫痫药物相互作用小,且耐受性好。临床研究表明,普瑞巴林治疗癫痫及外周神经痛具有良好的临床疗效和安全性。本文对其作用机制、药动学、药物相互作用、临床应用和药物不良反应等作一综述。 Pregabalin is a new structural analogue of γ-aminobutyric acid as a neurotransmitter regulator.It can be absorbed quickly.Pregabalin has little interaction with other antiepileptic drugs and has good tolerability.Clinical trials showed that pregabalin as antiepileptic and antineuropathic pain agent was effective and safe.This paper reviews the mechanism,pharmacokinetics,drug interactions,clinical application and safety of pregabalin.
