摘要
目的:观察黄芪注射液联合辛伐他丁治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效及预后。方法:将90例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组加用黄芪注射液40ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴,每日1次,2周后停用;联合应用辛伐他丁20mg,每晚1次,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组临床总有效率、显效率及超声心动图心功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液联合辛伐他丁治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效肯定,并能改善病人的预后。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and prognosis of astragalus injection combined with simvastatin in treating chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups received routine therapy.The treatment group was given 40 ml astragalus put in 250 ml 5% glucose for intravenous injection,once a day lasting for 2 weeks;simvastatin was added,20 mg per night,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results：The clinical total effective rate,effective rate,and cardiac function index by echocardiography were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Astragalus injection combined with simvastatin has definite curative effect and can improve patients＇ prognosis.
