Progress in immunopathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura

摘要 过敏性紫癜是儿童常见的自身免疫性小血管炎,其发病机制尚未完全明了。近年IgA介导的免疫学异常研究颇多,IgA沉积于受累肾小球系膜区及皮肤、肾小球、胃肠道血管壁,组织沉积原因可能涉及血清IgA产生增多、IgA特异性自身抗体异常、IgA1结构异常、IgA1受体表达异常、补体参与等,IgA的沉积介导黏附分子、细胞因子等表达异常。 Henoch-Schonlein purpum(HSP) is a common autoimmune small vessel vasculitis that primarily affects children. Although the pathogenesis of lISP is unknown, there are tantalizing clues on the immune abnormalities mediated by IgA, which mainly affects the vessels of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and kidneys. The masons of deposition maybe involve in the increases of serum IgA,the abnormalities of IgA-specitic autoantibodies, structures and acceptors of IgA1, complements, and so on, which mediates the abnormal expressions of adhesion molecules and cytokines.
