摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合西咪替丁在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年9月—2021年4月收治的62例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各31例.两组均接受常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用西咪替丁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以复方甘草酸苷治疗,两组均持续用药14 d.比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能、症状缓解时间及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组皮疹消退、消化道症状缓解、关节症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论复方甘草酸苷联合西咪替丁在小儿过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患儿的免疫力,促进各项临床症状快速缓解,且无严重不良反应.
Objective To explore the application effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with cimetidine in children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 62 children with allergic purpura admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with cimetidine,and the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to use the drug for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,immune function before and after treatment,symptom relief time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of rash subsided,digestive tract symptoms relieved and joint symptoms relieved in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with cimetidine in children with allergic purpura is remarkable,which can effectively improve the immunity of children and promote the rapid relief of various clinical symptoms without serious adverse reactions.
