摘要
研究烘烤温度对烟叶中烟碱质量分数及其分布均匀性的影响.用近红外光谱仪对烟碱质量分数进行测定.结果表明,烘烤可有效降低烟叶中烟碱的质量分数;不同品种、不同含水率的烟叶经烘烤后,烟碱质量分数降低的不同;低温烘烤可提高烟叶中烟碱分布的均匀性.
The influence of roasting temperature and time on the content and distribution homogenization of nicotine (DHN) in tobacco was evaluated in present work. Nicotine was determined by using near-infrared spectrum (NIR) method. Results indicated that an obvious decrease of nicotine content in tobacco can be observed when tobacco leaves were roasted with different varieties and water centent, and the decrease range of nicotine content in tobacco leaves is different; The low temperatures can improve DHN in tobacco.
