喷施生长素对烤烟酶活性和化学成分的影响 被引量:18

摘要 研究烤烟打顶后喷施生长素(IAA)对烤烟酶活性和主要化学成分的影响,结果表明:喷施生长素(IAA)后,根系、叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)的活性、叶片转化酶(INV)活性、根系活力有所下降,烟叶中钾含量升高,烟碱含量下降,还原糖、总糖稍有提高,总氮变化不大。喷施不同浓度的生长素:10mg/kg、20mg/kg、30mg/kg,综合各种因素,30mg/kg比较合适。 Effects of applying auxin (IAA) on enzyme activity and chemical components in tobacco after topping were investigated. The results showed that the nitrate reductase (NR) in the root and the leaves of flue-cured tobacco decreased, the invertase (INV) activity and mot vitality were reducing tendency, the content of potassium increased and level of nicotine decreased, The reducing sugar and total sugar improved slightly, the starch decreased slightly, total nitrogen didn't change much. Among the different concentration: 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg, the 30 mg/kg was more suitable.
