摘要
目的建立胆红素的含量测定方法,比较3种牛黄中胆红素的含量。方法色谱条件:Diamonsil迪马C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-三氯甲烷-1%醋酸(65:32:3),流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长455nm。结果胆红素浓度在2.32~27.84μg/m1范围,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系A=19169C-4886.9(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.38%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)=2.16%。结论该法简便、准确、专属强,可用于牛黄、牛黄替代品及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of bilirubin, and to compare the content of 3 kinds of bezoar. Methods The C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was Methanol-chloroform-1% acetic acid (65 : 32:3 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 455 nm. Results The bilirubin was in a good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9998 ) at the concentration of 2.32 - 27.84μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.38%, and RSD was 2.16%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, specific, and can be used for the quality control of bilirubin in calculus bovis, succedaneums and preparation of calculus bovis.
