摘要
肥胖症已经逐渐成为现今社会所面临的最严重的公共健康问题之一,手术治疗是使肥胖症人获得长期而稳定的减重效果的惟一手段。自从于2000年在国内率先开展第1例垂直绑带式胃减容术以来,笔者单位还开展了腹腔镜下的Roux?en?Y胃肠短路术、迷你胃肠短路术、袖状胃切除术等,均取得了非常好的效果。减肥手术不单纯是为了美容的效果,而是将肥胖症作为一种可能带来多种严重并发症的疾病来治疗。随着研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明,胃肠外科手术不仅能减重,同时可能改善甚至治愈肥胖症相关的多种代谢疾病,如2型糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等。目前国外对肥胖外科治疗也已经从单纯关注于病人的体重降低发展为着重于合并的代谢紊乱综合征的治疗有效性。而这些手术绝大多数都可以在腹腔镜的条件下完成。
Surgery for obesity and metabolic disease obesity, gradually, has already been one of the most serious society-facing problems. We claimed that our surgery is more thancosmetic surgery, but to treat it as a kind of disease which would bring varied complications. With the convincing research and evidence, we found that gastrointestinal surgery not only can cause weigh Toss, but can relieve, even cure many metabolic diseases associated with obesity, such as T2DM, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. Currently, the treatment abroad hasalready shifted their attention from weight loss to the effect of treating the metabolic syndrome. And most of these operations could be done with laparoscopy.
