摘要
通过对高校旅游专业学生在职业适应能力存在的问题分析,目前高校旅游专业的学生在职业适应能力方面还存在多种问题。针对存在的问题,除了学生自身要正确认识自我,准确定位,转变自己的就业观念,作好自己的职业生涯规划外,学校也要以学生的职业适应能力为依据进行教育教学改革,改变传统的旅游高等教育教学模式,加强实践环节和就业指导工作。
Through to analysis the university traveling college major in the careers adaptability existence＇s problem, there also has many kinds of problems in the careers adaptability aspect. In view of the existence question, except the students own needs to understand correctly, to accurate localization, transforms own employment idea, make outside own professional profession plan, the school must carry on the educational reform as the student＇s careers adaptability, to change tradition traveling higher education pattern, to strengthen practices the link and the career guidance work of students.
